It has to be in a slush or a popsicle other wise it does taste like flat root beer, as another reviewer commented. I like it because it reminds me of the old double stick popsicles from when I was a kid. They don't make em anymore like that and the way they are packaged in the grocery store now you have to buy banana and lime along with root beer. regardless this flavor is the one for me.
